What Era are we in now?

Hello, first post on here, I was wondering while rewatching some old “Horrible Histories” episodes, we had the Georgian Era, Victorian Era so I was wondering what Era are we in now?

I believe Georgian Era comes from the 4 King George’s, Victorian obviously from Queen Victoria, so what are we in now? My though was we have just left the Elizabethan Era (Part 2 I guess) or is it not always dependent on the Monarch?

I had a quick google search before posting here, but I’m just finding stuff about the era world wise, not in the UK.
