In all honesty, how often are you having sex?

I’m just asking because I’ve got no idea what’s “normal”. We have a 4 year old and he works full time-shift work-and I work 30hrs in a stressful environment. Where he works shifts, I’m often on my own in the mornings/evenings and weekends but he is very hands on when he’s at home. We also have an elderly dog who wakes up in the night and wakes us up at 5am. Since September I think we’ve had sex 4 times. Honestly, it could be less. I’m just so exhausted at the end of every day that the thought of it makes me want to cry. My husband understands but is understandably upset but I just can’t think of anything I want to do less most of the time. Just wondering what other parents experience!
