Public baby changing unit covers

Has anyone ever used one of those fold down, public baby changing stations which actually had the disposable covers?! I’ve been to a few baby changing room in my area and have never seen any of those dispensers stocked with the disposable covers/towels. Feel like making it my life goal to find one which is actually stocked. No. Not a lot going on over here😆
