Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Assistant at Empire Capital Limited in Greater London. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to financial statements, accounting software, accounting, finance, and bookkeeping.

Qualifications

  • Financial Statements and Accounting skills
  • Experience with Accounting Software
  • Finance and Bookkeeping skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Note:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team under the following conditions:

  • Visa Requirement: Must have a valid visa with at least one year of remaining validity.

  • Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, in the office.

  • Occasional weekend availability may be required to accommodate external auditors, and accountants, or address any backlog.

  1. Internship Period:
  • The initial 3 months will be an unpaid internship.
  • Food and travel expenses will be covered up to a maximum of £500 per month during this period.
  1. Leave Policy:
  • No pre-booked holidays are permitted for the first 6 months.
  • No sick leave during the 3-month internship period.
