In a mess, need help…

So I also got rejected for housing for continuing students among the numerous others; what is the point of the application? I am an international student and have no idea how to proceed. The rejection email came with information about Tropicana gardens, and them having space available. So what to do? Please help, the last thing my already penniless ass wants is to be homeless.

If someone can help on dm, please come.
