Can I still apply to transfer😬

Just got word my family is moving back to ct. I’ve wanted to go to a big state school and UConn is the only option in ct. Is it still too late to transfer? it allows me to submit an application and shit which I’m gonna submit by tm. I have a 3.2 college gpa at a small state school. And had a 4.0 weighted in hs, also 1180 sat. In college straight B’s in calc 1, calc 2, and cs 1, cs 2. Looking at others experiences it seems like if I would’ve applied on time I would get in the school but not into the engineering school especially not because I haven’t taken chem or physics. What do yall think.
