Looking for a scholarship at UCI at an international student

Hello, I'm a French student in the engineering school EFREI Paris. I am looking forward to finish my university years at UCI. Why UCI ?

I studied at UCI for 1 quarter in Fall 2023, as an exchange program student. I liked this so much that I would like to return to UCI. I'm currently third year, and I would like to study at UCI for my fourth year. I am not able to pay for a scholarship year, because I would pay the full price : 45k $ a year, since I'm not a Californian student. However, I heard about a financial aid for international students. I would like to know what are the conditions to be eligible to this financial aid, and any other useful information.
