IGCSEs for Med Schools

Hey guys, I have an IGCSE score of 5A*s, 3As, and 1 B with 1 8 and 1 6. Does the 6 and B lower my chances a lot?
For additional context. I placed quite well in my year (3rd most amount of A*s within the year and only 3 people achieved straight As or A*s. I was looking into applying to oxbridge/highly ranked medical schools and have 2As* in Maths, and 2As in English Lang and Lit so I fulfill all requirements.
