Need Help with Hacks for Extra Baggage

Hiii y’all, I’m travelling by Cathay from Japan via HK to Delhi. My baggage allowance is 23kg in ONE bag. My bag is stuffed and I kinda went overboard on shopping in Japan, I would appreciate any hacks for how I can carry all my stuff without paying any extra baggage fee.

I was thinking carrying a backpack and a big tote/office bag and maybe use the pillow with clothes inside hack idk.
