What do you do to feel less gender dysphoria?

The past few weeks I've been feeling really dysphoric. What did/do you guys do to get rid/reduce your dysphoria when pre transition? I need some help here 😭

Edit: btw guys I'm more looking for things which don't explicitly involve transitioning since I'm not able to rn (financially).

Edit 2: sry I'm sounding picky now but I'm looking for more emotion based stuff. (I can't afford new clothes, binders, trans tape, a haircut, etc)
