2023 Tundra knocking at low rpm

I have a 2023 tundra SR 30,000km. I didn’t drive for about 3 days when I got back in there was a knocking/clicking noise at low rpm, only sometimes while idling.

I’m not able to get it to the dealer for about a week.. Anyone have any ideas what it is?
