Grand Highlander MSRP

I’m looking at buying my wife a GH Limited ( gas) in no hurry to purchase but will pick up on a deal if one is presented. What are y’all paying for the Limited( gas )? Last time I sat down at a dealership was with my truck pre covid (2019) so I know it may be different now. Would love to hear what some prices being paid are and where you are located.
