3 bed 2 bath - rent: $715.41 - utilities(wifi, bge, water/sewer): average about $50-70 total - Parking: included with rent - in unit wash/dryer - updated appliances - shuttle to and from campus - close proximity to trader joe’s, tu mall, and tu campus
