Revision or live with it?

Soo my keyhole surgery didn't turn perfect (7 months post op). The scars look pretty good and not very visible but there's some fat tissue left as you can see. I really don't like this "gyno look" since I had a tiny chest and it feels like not much changed after surgery. The thing is, I talked to my surgeon and she wouldn't recommend a revision, because that would mean more scars, next to the old ones so on skin and very visible, and she can't guarantee for a flat nippel afterwards, it might look the same. She proposed the options of either lifting the skin (which I think could make the pointiness even more noticeable) or making the nipples smaller (not the aerola), meaning flattening the nipple itself not cutting the skin open and removing fat underneath. I'm not sure if that would help either. But I am on the fence with doing a whole new surgery which might not make a big difference and leave me with very visible scars.

How do y'all see my results? Good? Passing? Very noticeable pointiness or normal chest?
