No shirtless plans

I'm 41 and nursed my two kids for 2 and 3.5 years. My boob's hang low and are already deflated. I also lost 120 lbs in the last year and had Bariatric surgery 4 months ago.

They don't fit a Bcup anymore, but are more noticeable with binder, I'm disabled and can't handle tight.

I have no plans to go without a shirt ever, I've had 9 abdominal surgeries and will need skin removal in a year or so.

So has anyone had surgery without removing or grafting nipple, but still getting flat?
