Did having my chest reopened for hematoma surgery effect my results

I developed a hematoma directly after they finished my top surgery so I had both surgeries back to back. Will them reopening me thru my top surgery scars affect my results? I'm wondering if it happened to anyone else if it affected their chest after and how it looked.
