Bought a tiny home, now what!

Long story short, I bought a tiny home and I’m going to be putting it on my parents property to live in. It’ll be for my son and myself. I have to run a bakery out of it, so I need to optimize the kitchen space. I’m located in Northern Ontario, for laws/legality/building code purposes.
