Moving to Sweden advice.

What is the best and quickest way for me to move to my boyfriend in Sweden?

My boyfriend and I want to live together and start our future in Sweden. He currently lives in Sweden now ( he’s currently waiting on his citizenship ). I still live in South Africa which is where our relationship started before he moved over to Sweden for work. We have been together for almost 8 years now and we are both 24.
