Still stuck in this ~200-400 views jail.

For example today I received 64 Likes, 8 Saves and 7 Shares on ~350views video ( it’s kinda good ratio. Right?). I don’t understand why the video is not getting pushed out in front of more people, even though it’s doing well. It happens with all of my posts. Is this normal? Can I do something to fix this? Thank you!
