Observations with Mods

I just realized I got the one that reduces cooldowns with recovery package. With the heat that makes bosses come every wave and a guaranteed package after a boss, my cooldowns are the lowest they’ve ever been.

Plus farming reroll shards and other common mods is really easy when bosses come every wave.
