Choose,texhnolyze character as american people or japanese

I would more prefer texhnolyze in american and the people in the city is all american people instead japanese people,and for me american more fit as much for lux instead japanese(and the fact just because they name is very japan,but the fact the city isn't like japan,but mor likely in another country,like american for above ground and underground Pakistan old
