Feeling frustrated and disappointed with Tesla service
I took my 2024 Model Y to a Tesla service center after receiving a “front right safety restraint system fault” alert. After dropping it off on Wednesday, I was told it would take all day, but the repair was delayed due to a missing part, and communication was poor throughout the week. Despite promises of updates, the car wasn’t ready until Monday, with no clarity on when it would be completed. Upon picking it up, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and the handling of the repair, only for the same fault to reappear shortly afterward. Frustrated, I then have to schedule another service appointment at a different Tesla location, feeling uncertain about the original center’s ability to properly address the issue.
