Are People Really Selling their Tesla's b/c Of Elon?

Honest question - I read that there are some people who are so upset with Elon's changing political views that they are dumping their Teslas. Is this true? We love our 2024 LR model Y. I planned on getting the new Y refresh next year but if the rumor is true about people dumping their vehicles b/c of politics perhaps I'll just buy used if the price is right? Is this really a thing that is happening or just more angry media drivel?

**Edited to add b/c there seems to be confusion: I am NOT dumping the 2024. LOL I want another one b/c we will need to add a vehicle to our family now that kid #2 is going to be driving. I was going to get myself the new Juniper in 2025 BUT if there is a glut in the market from people dumping their Teslas for political stances then perhaps I will buy used and take advantage.

**Edit #2…. So reading the responses, at least on some level this seems to be true. Makes me wonder if Trump supporters and Republicans who want to go EV will now swing heavily towards Tesla. If that is the case, they might cancel each other out.🤣
