2024 RWD Model Y - crappy suspension?

Bought a brand new model Y last week. Everything is great but I can feel every tear or crack on the road.

Atlanta driver. Previous car was a Mercedes and the suspension was way better ( even for a 10 year old car). But I can hear and feel every bump in this car.

Is this normal? Should I get it looked at? Its got Pirelli 19" tires.
