Just sharing my honest review of my Tesla Model Y LR which I bought in June 2022. Going to share costs, likes, dislikes and reason why I sold.

Costs: Deposit: £17200 Monthly payment: £550 Insurance: £2200 Charging: free Purchase vehicle finance: £41k Sold vehicle: £39k

Likes: App integration Self driving mode Big screen Fast Head turner Lots of space Wireless charging Glass roof Heated steering wheel Minimalistic dash Comfy seats Good visibility of the road Sentry mode and cameras when indicating Good sound system

Dislike: Suspension is hard, can feel everything on the road Rubbish turning circle Rims stick out Been told it’s a old man’s car Gets dirty very quick Car is either too hot or too cold Can’t drive fast or it drains the battery very quick Takes longer to charge 80%-100% Range anxiety Sentry mode anxiety Cannot be spontaneous as need car charged

Reasons why I sold the car: For the amount of miles I do, a diesel is better Need a car with better suspension No more range and sentry anxiety Predicting car will drop in value a lot more
