How much to change A/C desiccant bag?

Has anyone had Tesla change their desiccant bag? Mine is about the age where I should and I was hoping for a small estimate but Tesla sent me this and it doesn’t look right to me.

I understand the refrigerant needs to be captured and returned after the changing the bag somewhere which is why I don’t want to attempt to do this myself since I don’t have the special tools needed for that job but it looks like they want to replace my entire condenser too?

How much should this job cost and does anyone have a step by step what’s involved? Maybe I can get a mechanic to help me if I order the parts for much less
