Crush texted me

Okay guys SO. I've been snapping my crush and we've mostly sent wall snaps to eachother but then he randomly sent a jawline pic, and I responded with a half face. He then also sent a half face and I sent a full face back. He didn't snap back to the full face but instead texted me and asked if I applied to a trip my church was going on. i said i was and then we talked about that for a bit, and then he started getting dry. i tried to continue the convo and asked if he was going to a church event this week and he said yes. then i said "nice, me too." and he just left me on opened since (7hrs now) and i don't think he intends to text again soon. what do i even do with all this?? do you think he was just trying to find out about the trip? (he knew a bunch of people who applied already) and should i text him again tomorrow?? if i do id ask if he got his drivers license since we talked about it a few months ago. is this a good idea?
