We need a "Weldon" for our team

• CLG struggles extremely hard in early 2015 with the Link donezo fiasco, Weldon joined and CLG win their first split in summer

• TSM in spring 2016 looks like an absolute horrid of a team, finishing 6th. Weldon comes in during playoff and the team lost the championship by only one team fight

• Weldon was with TSM during summer 2016 and TSM become the most dominant team NA LCS has ever seen and win the splits. Unfortunately we felt short at Worlds

• Weldon joined G2 for one split and the team that used to be hate and made fun of by their own region is now the 2nd best team in the world and looks competitive with SKT

We don't need another analysis, we don't need Regi to step in, we need someone like Weldon, a sport psychologist to give our players the right mentality again
