Teacher Tiktoker thinks we should be more than willing to work late and come in early

I came across this guy on my FYP and he just straight up set me off. I totally expect this kind of thing from a non teacher but to have a veteran with over a million subs tout that we should "normalize" working outside of our contractual hours is beyond me. If you look at his replies and even his response video (after getting destroyed in the comments), he doubles down and implies that only good teachers stay late. If you want to leave at the bell, sure you're free to do that but only the best ones stay late or come in 45 MINUTES EARLY.
