Tau marines in lore

So I heard in the lore that the Tau cloned some humans and made their own marines.

Is it possible to add some marines to your Tau army and if not why haven't they done some lore friendly units.

The only way they could tell the Tau marines from real marines was the Tau marines shoulder their weapons to aim them. It would be cool if they made a clone marine info sheet to allow for a lil extra umph maybe make them weaker than regular marines.
