Feels like we are puppets on a string

To see tattooers who have been tattooing 20 years who never filmed videos or anything do acting skits makes my heart bleed. And not in a good way. It’s so performative and just not genuine or even real. Just doing it as a last ditch effort, and I get it I’m not doing so hot either so people will do anything. But do clients actually even want to see that or like it. It’s crazy if that actually helps get business. We are monkeys.
