Some ideas

I feel like in order for Target to succeed moving forward as someone that has been working seasonal and has worked at other successful companies in the past is that they need to focus on the store experience and less on the ship to store. We don’t have the staffing power to be a distribution center and run a successful store metrics wise, if they want to do both successfully they need to let stores give more hours.

Also instead of building new stores, they need to modernize the ones they currently have. This will give a sales boost as more people will visit to see the new renovated stores.

My other idea is that market isn’t focused on as much as it should be. I their needs to be focused on selling more local brands in stores and sell more sustainable products. The products that are on shelves other grocery stores are selling for cheaper. Why not find a niche and sell something different? Would love to see almost a Trader Joe’s vibe in our markets.
