Losing my sanity

I am so tired and stressed out with the sheer amount of catch up I have to deal with in my tech department. I thought since Holiday rush is over we could get more hands on deck to help catch up on freight and zone..... That's a fat nope. Feels like I get nothing done. Have to dig through now 2 pallets worth of entertainment for opus or shipt guests on top of 350+ pulls that i don't have time to push with reship and cases. Target understands that the stores look like complete trash atm you would think about doing a overnight to catch up. I honestly feel like my dept is ignored and disrespected 😒
