Who else's store is a dumpster fire?

My store is an actual dumpster fire. All freight is so far behind. I was told by a TL that there was a canceled truck that would have significantly helped. However someone added the truck back in. This is shit. Fulfillment is having to dig through repacks to find items. If it requires more than a few minutes to find they are told to INF. TMs are to busy trying to catch up to be able to help like they were able to before. You can tell the TLs are stressed TF out as well. It feels like things will never be caught up, especially with Q4 coming up. Oh, also as far as I can tell, they haven't started on any seasonal hires 🙃
