RiP incap recovery victims down wells.

With bones new abilities going down wells while the devs says he has some recovery time slower than victims. But I believe incap victims down a well will be a thing of the past. It might put the fearless Ana's and leelands to play more carefully thinking they can just go nuts then safely be incapped down a well and recovery quickly. But with bones in the mix I think it will spice up game play.

Before victims cry foul. I like playing blood build family, love the grandpa trap tech blood build for hitch. But you know how annoying its going to be having Wyatt from a distance spamming knives at grandpa avoiding my traps depleting his blood ?!?! It will be a nightmare I'm excited for. So we all lose and gain something here. ^{____^}
