First time viewer, question about their accents

So glad I’m watching this show for the first time, I remember my big fat Gypsy wedding and vaguely remember this family on it, but can’t believed I missed this reality tv gold lol.

Anyways is their accent just a West Virginia accent or is it a “gypsy” accent?
