Qualification webinar never started

I got an invite to the qualification webinar ahead of my exam and I dialled in (tried both my laptop and the phone app) and it never began. It’s been 15 minutes and all I can see is ‘the meeting will begin when the organiser arrives’.

Has this happened to anyone? Is there another way to watch the webinar?
