Could a TBI be caused by multiple serious prescription mental health med overdoses?

I had a long history of trying to unalive myself by taking all my meds. I have a lot of the symptoms of TBI, but i don't recall my brain ever hitting my skull. Could multiple unaliving attempts be the cause of a TBI?
