'Bitte keine Werbung' doesn't work.

Despite the label on my mailbox I am dealing with a pile of paper junk in the mailbox on regular basis. Political leaflets, advertisements for the purchase of old jewelry, notifications not intended for me personally, etc.... What are my rights in this matter? How to solve the problem?
