Auto Insurance Quotes Survey

Hey, guys. I tried every possible combination of words to look through the subreddit for answers, but I didn't find one. I was selected to get insurance quotes from two different companies, which I did, and then return to the second survey to upload them and answer questions. I did all of that, and it said I completed the survey. But, the survey is still showing under the Answer tab, and it's only showing as "started" in my visited ledger.

They said the quote upload was to ensure I'd actually done the activity. It's a delayed payout survey, as well. Is it showing in Answer still because they need to verify from their end that the quotes are legit? Was there a glitch somewhere? Anybody had this happen before, and if so, how did it resolve?

Further info: When I click the survey that's still under Answer, it just takes me to a page that says I've already started/entered the survey.
