16" battle: Asus Zenbook S16 vs Zephyrus G16 vs Galaxy book Pro 5 360

I already have a small, lightweight PC but not very powerful, and I'm looking for a more versatile PC with a 16-inch screen with the following features:

  • Rather light, meaning below 2 kg, and not too thick
  • Relatively quiet in standard use, like web browsing, YouTube, Excel. If the fans kick in during intense gaming, that's fine, but I usually play card games like Marvel Snap while watching YouTube, and I prefer when the fans don't turn on, even if it means using silent mode
  • Performant and fast in everyday use, knowing that my usage, although not super intense, still includes having Outlook, Teams, Chrome, and Excel open for a good part of the day, and these are fairly heavy programs. I also do a bit of Python programming from time to time, but nothing too crazy, not much need for 3D, no photo editing, and in terms of games, I'm more attracted to strategy games or roguelike/lite like Slay the Spire, Hades 2, RimWorld... but sometimes I might be tempted by some slightly heavier games like Age of Wonders 4 and possibly the new Metaphor.
  • A high-quality screen, ideally with good brightness and not too reflective when I'm outside, and with a high screen-to-body ratio (an important point for me)
  • Battery life is important, but I'd say it's not a priority because it will often be at home, and when I take it out, I have a powerful and efficient little Anker GaN charger, so not necessarily needing more than 4-5 hours of battery in a row (well, if I did have a PC that could last ten hours without a charger, yes, that would be nice, but let's say it's not the priority)

That's why I looked a bit at the new MacBook Pros, but I'd probably be tempted by an M4 Pro which will be overpriced, and it's true that I lean towards a 16-inch screen, and I've already had the 16-inch MacBook Pro, which I find somewhat bulky and a bit heavy, so for now, I've spotted three models: the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360, the Asus Zenbook 16, and the new Asus ROG G16 with the new Ryzen chip. They each have advantages and disadvantages:

  • The Samsung has the advantage of having a touchscreen and being a 2-in-1, which I like. It seems to have a large battery, is relatively light and thin, but the fact that it only has 16GB of RAM worries me a bit for my usage
  • The Zenbook S16 is beautiful, very thin, very light for a 16-inch, seems to have a good battery and not so bad in gaming with its integrated card, and it has a touchscreen
  • The Asus G16 is the most expensive, but it has a beautiful screen (but not touchscreen), isn't too heavy, and remains relatively thin while being more powerful with its graphics card, which makes it perhaps the most versatile model (maybe the model with an RTX 4060 would be enough for me).

What do you think? Thank you.
