Stremio Server service docker hosting on cloud

Does anybody tried hosting the stremio server service on cloud based docker-supported sites like render.com (free tier) or Heroku (Not sure heroku supports docker or not)?

My basic idea is to host the stremio server on some cloud and use it as a backend URL for streaming on my iPhone since iPhones can't stream torrents.
