Steam Deck docking Issue

Having an issue connecting my steam deck to my TV. When deck is connected to TV, the picture comes out fuzzy and colorful like the first picture, I know nothing is wrong with the TV itself because when I connect the hdmi to my computer, the picture on the TV comes out regular as shown in the second picture. I’ve restarted my deck a couple of times, even from desktop mode, I’ve updated everything on the deck, I’ve unplugged and re-plugged everything on the docking system and the TV. Not sure what’s wrong. I’m using the NewQ portable dock.
