Can’t get wddons to load in wow. Would appreciate some help.

Just got my stream deck. Pretty excited to play some wow classic on it. I tried to have an add on manager find it. After that didn’t work I went I downloaded the files directly and cut paste the directly in the add on folder under the big song started with .local and ending around program86 that leads to my classic era interface adding folder. Again any help would be appreciated. I’ve look at probably ever related YouTube guide and to no avail.
