Can I upload a wallpaper of Mick Thomson (one of Slipknot's guitarists) to the workshop?

I've seen other wallpapers of the whole band or certain members so I was just wondering if my account would get banned or anything, because I have a lot of money invested into games. This is my first workshop item.
