What's the deal with people commenting heart emojis in community posts?

No, im not talking about the hearts you see when a swear is blocked, I mean like the hearts bought from the points shop from certain games, I usually see these comments on artwork involving a woman in somewhat provocative clothing, but all the comments are literally hearts, can someone explain why?
