Seeking Co-Founder with Operations Expertise for Skincare Startup

I’m in the early stages of building a skincare startup and am on the hunt for a co-founder who has operations expertise.

I’m looking for someone with a background in e-commerce, supply chain management, operations, or logistics. Ideally, you’ve got experience scaling processes and navigating the backend chaos of bringing a physical product to market. Even better if you’re familiar with manufacturing or the skincare/beauty industry, but it’s not a dealbreaker if you’re willing to dive in and learn.

This will be bootstrapped by us( my partner and I) and I need someone who can help me with handling the operations for a share in the company and a salary( if, needed). I do not expect any investment from you.

The investors are into content creation with a strong focus on evidence-based skincare. We've spent years learning about formulations, consumer behavior, and trends in the skincare space, and I bring marketing/branding expertise to the table.

I know the skincare market is saturated, but we want to target particualr niche which do not have a lot of competetion. I’m currently based in the Europe and the market we are targetting is India.
