New Connection Issues
About 3 weeks ago my Starlink connection has been disconnecting and reconnecting about every 10 mins. When it disconnects it only takes about 10 seconds to reconnect. This never used to happen. Now I get disconnected from Teams calls, game lobbies, my browsers time out… it’s really frustrating. I opened a support ticket and they sent me a new router and cable. Neither fixed it. I also tested with another Starlink a family member has. Theirs does the same thing. The most recent message from support acts like this is expected behavior, but I’ve been using Starlink for around 2 years and this is definitely a new issue. Anyone know what I should do? There aren’t any new obstructions either. I work from home so this is a major issue for me. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
