Starlink just charged my credit card 35 times for over $38k, and I'm not even a customer..

Trying to get some ideas for how to resolve this issue. I was previously on the Starlink waitlist a while back, I think I signed up around May of '22 and finally gave up and cancelled and got my money back in January of '23.

Flash forward to today, and Starlink just charged my credit card 35 times for a total of over $38k. Card is completely maxed out, but apparently according to Bank of America it isn't fraud since I originally gave them the card number for a legitimate purpose. Its a billing dispute, but I can't do that until the transactions settle.

Of course there's no phone number for Starlink, and I can't even create a ticket if I'm not a customer. And tweeting at Elon hasn't helped so far. Anybody have ideas on how to get in touch with them?

UPDATE 7/1:

I have still not been able to get in touch with anyone from Starlink. At this point, they have posted 141 charges to my card, a mix of both credit and debit. I thought the credits were wiping out the previous debits, but then they started running more debits, then more credits. Boy BoA is an incredible pain to work with. When I spoke to them again today, I asked how one vendor could charge my card that many times without them being automatically rejected. Also asked how the sum of the charges they authed could exceed my credit limit. No answers, they have never seen anything like this, and the supervisor will be happy to call me back on Wednesday after the holiday to go over things. So I guess if you want to commit some credit card fraud its a good weekend to do it.

But they assured me I'd have a new card in 10-15 business days =\
