I Despise Torches!

I just hate them. I barely use them - even at the beginning of the game, you find a glow ring fast enough in the mines that you don't need them for it. As a decoration they are somewhat handy but for the most part they just end up taking up useful space in my inventory and I accidentally place em down when I don't want too. I usually have a hoard of them somewhere as if it they'll be useful to me at some point but they don't work for buying anything and have very little value.

Would love to know other people's thoughts on this, do you use your torches or do you chuck em? They are probably my least favourite item in the game.

Edit: all the feedback has made me despise torches slightly less - I have been blind to the usefulness of the item. I play unmodded on switch have over 800hrs of play - this info of hiding them being bushes is enlightening
